1.75 pounds lean ground sirloin2 egg whites1 cup tomato sauce3/4 cup quick oats, dry1 package lipton onion soup mix1/2 cup water1 cup shredded lowfat cheese
Mix packet of onion soup mix and water together, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together, then add the soup mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 70 minutes or until done. Makes 8 servings.
