1 Mission low carb whole wheat tortilla1 Tbsp hummus (plain)1/8 c. cucumber (peeled)1 roma tomato2 tbsp black bean corn salsa (or sometimes I'll mix a can of corn, a can of black beans and a can of kidney beans and keep it cold to put on this wrap, salads, chicken or as a snack)

Spread hummus across tortilla. Add fillings. Wrap it up and snack on the go!
