1 Box Betty Crocker Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix2/3 cup milk skim1/3 cup brown sugar2 tbsp. Canola Oil1 Large egg
Preheat oven to 375. Grease bottom of muffin pans only.
Beat egg and mix with milk, sugar and canola oil. Add wet ingredients to cake mix. Fold in blueberries. Bake for 13-18 minutes.
