Quorn, cheese & veggie crustless quiche

Ingredients
100g courgette100g red onion100g red pepperQuorn fillets x 2100ml skimmed milk2 eggs20g plain flour50g cathedral city cheddar cheese
Directions
Dry fry onions, zucchinin and red pepper.

Mix milk, eggs and flour together.

Put veggies in quiche dish - pour on egg mixture and top with cheese.

Bake in hot oven until set and cheese is bubbling.
