Chicken Livers Casserole

Ingredients
* Chicken Livers, 1 kg, mashed * 5 medium sized carrots, grated * Onions, raw, 1 large * Brown (Whole) Rice, long grain, 0.3 cup (100g) * Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp * herbs & spices to your tasteAdd when it's almost done: * Eggs, fresh, 2 medium, beaten * Flaxseed, 1 tbsp
Directions
Place the chicken livers, the grated carrots and the diced onion in a food processor or blender and give it a mix until it looks even but the livers still have small chunks. Add the soy sauce (it's quite salty, so no need for extra salt, but see to your taste), the herbs and the rice and stir well. Pour into a baking dish and place it in the oven for 35 minutes.

Beat the eggs with the flaxseed and pour the mixture on top of the baked livers. Leave it in the oven for other 10 minutes or until done.
