Roasted Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients
1 large frozen pizza crusteggplantsummer squashzucchini3 TBS olive oil or less1 cup canned tomato sauce1 5 oz. container of reduced fat blue cheese crumbles1 cup of 2% shredded italian cheese mix (like Sargento)
Directions
Cube vegetables, mix with enough oil so they won't stick, and roast in a 400 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes.

Layer tomato sauce, cheeses, roasted vegetables on the pizza crust and bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes.
