Mustard crusted tofu

1tbsp ground cumin1tbsp red pepper80grams whole grain mustard50grams soy sauce1 block of tofu(350grams)
Mix the marinade well. Coat the tofu with it leaving more on the top(for crust) and less on the bottom(to prevent sticking). Bake in foil line baking tray for 15 - 20minutes(depending on how crispy you like it) then turn over and bake for an additional 5minutes. Makes 22 bite sized irresistible pieces. Enjoy!
