Belgium Waffles

Ingredients
2 c all purpouse flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. kosher salt2 c. milk3 large eggs1/4 c. canola oil2 tbsp. white vinegar
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. In a sperate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and canola oil. Add vinegar & whisk. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined.

Pour 1/4 c. batter onto your waffle iron for each waffle and cook until golden and crisp.
