Sesame-Peanut Chicken and Noodles Salad

Ingredients
Pasta, cooked, 8 ozBroccoli florets, cooked, 2 cupCarrots, raw, 6, slicedGarlic, 2 cloves mincedGinger, ground, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1/3 cupHoney, 1 tbspSoy Sauce, 2 tbspWorcestershire Sauce, 3 tbsLemon Juice, 2 tbsChicken stock, .75 cup Sesame Oil, 1 tbspWaterchestnuts, 1 8 oz. canCooked Chicken, light meat, 1.5 cup, chopped or dicedScallions, raw, 4, slicedLettuce or Napa cabbage diced up1/2 cup mandarina orange slices for garnish
Directions
Cook pasta for 8 mins.
Add Broccoli and carrots and cook 4 more mins.
Drain and rinse with cool water
Place in large bowl

Blend garlic, ginger, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, stock and sesame oil until smooth. Pour over pasta, add chicken, water chesnuts and scallions.

Serve over lettuce or Napa cabbage

Garnish with mandarin orange slices
