Chicken w/Tomatoes & Rice

Ingredients
1 Chicken breast, skinless, boneless, diced.5 C Onion, chopped1 clove Garlic1 can sliced Mushrooms, drained1 can Italian recipe diced Tomatoes (w/liquid)1 pkg Uncle Ben's Ready Whole Grain Brown Rice
Directions
Spray large skillet with Pam cooking spray.
Add onion, garlic, and chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
Add mushrooms and tomatoes.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Fix Uncle Ben's Ready Rice as directed.
Put rice on plates, top with chicken mixture.
Enjoy.
