salmon in curry coconut milk

Ingredients
4 salmon filtets, cup of diced onions, diced scallions, light cocnut milk, curry, ketchup, thyme, garlic, red pepper flakes
Directions
pan fry the salmon fillets on one side in pam cooking spray, remove from pan and saute onions, scallions, add all other ingredients. when it is bubbly add salt and pepper to taste as well as basil leaves. add salmon fillets to cook.. and you are done..
