1 can (212 g) canned salmon 2Tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Light Dressingminced onion (hydrated) or fresh apx 2Tbspdash Old Bay seasoningdash salmon and seafood seasoning
Directions
drain and rinse salmon break apart with fork add all other ingredients and chill.

serve with low fat crackers or raw veggies

especially yummy with tomatoe and cucumber!
