Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
3 pounds ground lean turkey1 large red pepper chopped3 large eggs1 1/2 cup Quick Oats (dry)1/8 cup dehydrated onion flakes1 Tbsp oregano1 Tbsp Garlic Powder1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend1 Tbsp ground cumin1 Tbsp onion powder1 tsp sweet basil1 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Thoroughly mix all ingredients.

Spray a muffin tin (12 muffins) with cooking spray (like PAM)

Fill each muffin cup (slightly rounded.)

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes until lightly browned.

Makes 12 servings -- 1 muffin per serving
