Baked Chicken Chimichangas

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion2 cloves garlic, minced3 tbsp olive oil1/3 cup chilli powder2/3 cup salsa1/4 cup water1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp ground cinnamon3-4 or 1 pound chicken breats, cooked and shreddedsalt, to tastesix 10 inch tortillas1 cup refried beans
Directions
1. preheat the oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking pan

2. in large saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in 2 tbsp oil until tender. Stir in the chilli powder, salsa, water, cumin, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into a blender and process until smooth. Stir into the chicken and add salt to taste.

3. working with one tortilla at a time, spoon a tbsp of refried bean down the center and then top with the chicken mixture.

4. place the chimichangas in the greased baking pan, seam side down. brush side with the remaining olive oil

5. bake for 15 minmutes or until crisp, turning every 5 minutes and brusing other side with olive oil.
