Balsamic Glazed Tofu

1 Package Firm Tofu2 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar1/2 Cup Corn Starch4 Tablespoons Garlic
1. Drain water from tofu, cut into thin strips and place on paper towel and allow moisture to be soaked up for about five minutes.
2. Coat tofu pieces in corn starch.
3. Heat olive oil in a large pan.
4. Place pieces of tofu into pan. Cook until brown on one side and then flip over. Once both sides are brown remove from pan and set aside.
5. Once all of the tofu is cooked and set aside, pour balsamic vinegar into hot pan and bring to a boil. Once it is boiling, reduce the heat and add garlic. Let it simmer for about five minutes while stirring.
6. Place the tofu pieces into the pan. Let each side be coated with the balsamic glaze for about five minutes.
Great served with pasta or vegetables.
