Tortilla Rollups

Ingredients
1 low fat flour tortilla (around 8 inches)2 T. fat free cream cheese6-8 slices of turkey pepperoni *1 slice 98% fat free ham lunch meat1 slice 98% fat free turkey**Fresh spinach leavesFresh tomato, sliced thin
Directions
1 lowfat flour tortilla (around 8 inches)
2 T. fat free cream cheese
1/8 c. fat free shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh spinach leaves
1 slice turkey, 98% fat free
1 slice ham, 98% fat free
Fresh tomato, sliced thin
6-8 slices turkey pepperoni

Place tortilla on large piece of plastic wrap. Spread cream cheese to cover entire surface of tortilla. Then layer ingredients only on 1/2 side. When all ingredients are on, roll tightly, making sure ingredients are firmly secured. The other half of the tortilla (with just cream cheese) acts as "glue" to hold it all together. Now wrap tightly in saran and put in refrigerator until ready to use. Can be kept overnight.

These are the ingredients that I use, but they could be change to suit individual preferences. This is something that could be prepared the night before and taken to work the next day.
