High Fiber Oats Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup oat bran1/2 cup splenda 1 tsp soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 cup uncooked oats1 cup boiling water1 egg white1/4 cup unsweetened applesaucevanilla1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips1/2 cup frozen cranberries cut in pieces
Directions
in a small bowl, add whole oats and boiling water... set aside
in a bigger bowl, add the oat bran, splenda, flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, chocolate chips and cranberries.

when the water has been absorbed by the oats (10 minutes) mix in the egg, vanilla, and applesauce.
add this mixture into the bigger bowl and mix with wooded spoon until all blended together.

Add to muffin pan... I want bigger muffins so I make only 10.

Bake at 375 for 10-11 minutes
