PB & Banana Energy Blend

Ingredients
1 medium to large banana, sliced3 tablespoons natural peanut butter1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt1 cup 1% milk (or skim milk)6 - 8 ice cubes
Directions
In a blender combine the banana, peanut butter, yogurt and milk. Blend until smooth. Add ice bubes and blend until smooth.
