Ingredients
2 C Brandi's Homemade Coconut Water or fresh from a baby coconut1/2 Beet, fresh, approx 65 grams (I recommend buying several, cutting in half and freezing)Carrots, raw, 1 medium - I didn't peel, I just cut off the endCashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 oz (remove)Sun Maid, California Chopped Dates, 0.25 cup- or you can use fresh dates if you have them avaiableStrawberries, fresh, 250 grams (these were fresh strawberries that I froze. I don't core them)ice to desired thickness
Directions
combine all ingredients except strawberries. blend to roughly chop up all ingredients. add strawberries and blend. Add ice to desired thickness.
