Santa Fe-esque Veggie Crockpot Soup

Ingredients
Two bell peppers, chopped (I used yellow & orange)One yellow onion, choppedCelery, several stalks, choppedCarrots, four or five thin, chopped1 can organic black beans1 bag frozen corn1 container vegetable broth
Directions
Add all ingredients to your crockpot, season if desired, cook on low for several hours.

I added cracked black pepper and cooked on low for about 12 hours.
