1 pound Pork shoulder steakAbout 6 small or 3 large potatoes2 large onions3 tbsp. satay sauce3 tsp. red wine2 OXO cubes2 tsp. light soy sauce3 tbsp sweet chili sauce3/4 cup water3 tbsp. curry spice1 cup Basmati rice
Cook potatoes el dente, about 7 minutes. Cook rice. Cut onions in quarters, taking out small centre of onion and discard. Mix with curry spice. combine satay sauce, red wine, OXO cube, sweet chili sauce and water and set aside. Heat wok with olive oil, about 1 tsp. Add onions and slightly cook to flavor pan. Remove onions and cook meat. When meat is almost done, add rest of ingredients. Simmer until sauce has almost completely evaporated. Serve over a bed of rice.
