Pork Curry

Ingredients
1 lb pork shoulder steakabout 6 small potatoes cut in quarters3 tbso. satay sauce2 tsp. red wine2 chicken boullion packets2 tsp. light soy sauce3 tbsp. sweet chili sauce3/4 cup water3 tbsp. curry spice1 cup basmati rice
Directions
Cook potatoes el dente, about 7 minutes. Cook rice. Cut onions in quarters, taking out small center of onion and discard. Fry onions briefly in 1 tsp. olive oil to flavor pan. Remove onions and add meat. When meat is almost done, all rest of ingredients and cook sauce is almost evaporated. Serve over bed of rice.
