Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients
2 sticks butterabout 7 c. confectioner's sugar, sifted1 tablespoon vanilla extract8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions
Beat butter until light and fluffy. Slowly add the powdered sugar just until incorporated. Beat in the vanilla and chocolate. Slowly add cream, while beating, until desired consistency is reached.

Recipe will frost approx. 24 cupcakes.
