Fail-proof Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/4 pound butter/marge, softened1 cup sugar2 extra large eggs1/2 tsp vanilla extract4 medium bananas, well mashed2 tsp baking powderdash of salt2 cups of cake flour1/2 cup of milk1/4 tp baking soda
Directions
Beat sugar and marge until creamy
Add eggs and beat one at a time
Add vanilla to mixture
Add bananas and beat for a minute
Sift salt, flour and baking powder together and add to mixture, beating well
Mix baking soda into milk and add to mixture - beat for 2 minutes
Bake in lined loaf tin at 180C for 90 minutes, checking after 60 minutes
