Peaches and Cream Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 C steel cut oats1 C water1/8 tsp baking powder4 oz 2% cottage cheese1 peach slicedCinnamon to taste..not including in calorie count 1 packet Truvia2 Tbsp egg whites
Directions
Mix all items but fruit together. Place peach slices on top of oatmeal and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
