Ingredients
Swai Fish, 24 oz (or any fishof your choosing)Mayo - Smart Balance Plus Omega 3, 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic powder, 1/8 tsp Onion powder, 1/8 tsp Basil, 1/8 tsp Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredient except the fish in a bowl and set aside. Broil the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side. Take fish out of oven and coat on top side with mixture. Broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Makes six 4oz servings.
