Teriyaki Sugar Snap Pea and Chicken Stir Fry

1 - 16 oz bag Great Value Sugar Snap Pea Stir-Fry vegetables602 g (about 1 lb 5.2 oz) chicken breast, skin, bone, fat removed6 tbsp Kikkonen Teriyaki Baste & Glaze1 tbsp lemon juice 1/8 cup waterblack or white pepper to taste
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Stir fry chicken in a dash of lemon juice (about 1 tbsp) and about an eighth of a cup of water. When chicken is mostly cooked, add in vegetables and teriyaki sauce and a dash or so of white (or black) pepper to taste. Simmer until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Makes 3 servings, a hearty 1.5 cups each.
I serve this with either rice or Minh brand sesame chicken egg rolls (I purchase them at Sam's Club).
