Black eyed peas chili

1 onion, chopped1 jalapeno pepper, chopped1 banana pepper, chopped2 cayenne peppers, minced6 gloves garlic, minced2 Tbsp olive oil1 pound ground turkey1 can red kidney beans1 can bush's baked beans2 cups pink or black eyed peas1 can tomato sauce1 can diced tomatoes1 bottle beerdried cilantro
Directions
saute peppers, onion and garlic in olive oil in a large pot. Add ground turkey and brown. Add all remaining ingredients. Add water to thin if needed. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer until...If peas are precooked, you will only need to warm through. If fresh peas, you may simmer for 1-several hours until desired texture. Simmering longer adds flavor.
