satay sweet chicken penne

Ingredients
Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 8 tbsp Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 container (4 oz) *Soy Sauce, 8 tsp Brown Sugar, 8 tsp unpacked Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped*Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate, Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces
Directions
I would use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store for this dish, just take the meat off and set aside.
cook the penne according to the directions on the box. Steam the carrots until just tender but still have snap. chop the onion and zucchini then set aside.
Mix the mayo, yogurt ,brown sugar, soy sauce and onion in a small bowel until mixed well and non lumpy.
In a large bowl toss the chicken, cooked the penne, carrots and zucchini. Then pour in the sauce mixture. stir and serve. Makes about 12, 1 cup servings.
