Ingredients
1 # baby carrots3 tbs light butter1 tbs splenda1 tsp salt
Directions
Place carrots in 3/4 in. of water with butter, splenda, and salt. Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 7-8 min. Remove lid, raise heat to med. high, Reduce water until it almost evaporates, a couple of minutes. Turn carrots in sauce and serve.
