16 cups Honey-Maid fat-reduced graham crackers3/4 cup light Cool Whip1 package fat free Jell-O + 2 cups 1% milk = 2 cups vanilla pudding1.5 cups icing sugar + 3 tbsp cocoa + 1 tsp canola oil + 2 tsp vanilla extract + 2 tbsp 1% milk = 3/4 cup chocolate frosting
1. Chocolate Frosting:
- In a small mixing bowl, combine icing sugar with cocoa.
- Add oil and vanilla and stir well.
- Stir in milk until smooth.
2. Pudding:
- Pour milk into a small mixing bowl.
- Empty packet of Jell-O into bowl.
- Whisk for about 2 minutes until mixture begins to thicken.
- Let stand for 3-5 minutes at room temperature.
3. Assembling:
- Layer crackers with Cool Whip and Frosting and dip in pudding.
