Peach-Pecan Vinegarette

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped pecans1/4 cup and 1 Tbsp White Wine vinegar1/4 cup and 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar1 1/2 tsp ground ginger4 Peaches, pitted and sliced1/4 tsp each of salt and cayenne pepper, or to taste3 tsp Spelnda, or to taste1 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil1 Lg Garlic Clove
Directions
Puree all ingredients. To make a more thicker dressing, use less white wine vinegar. To thin dressing add a tsp of water at a time to blender until desired consistancy make Store in glass jar for longer keeping. Should last you for 2 weeks or a little more. If refridgerated, let sit at room temp and shake before serving.
