Israeli Salad - Plain

Ingredients
4 Tomatoes2 English Cucumbers
Directions
Chop up the tomatoes in small uniform peices, removing the seeds for a drier salad) and set in a colander to drain. Using and alligator chopper or just a knife, chop cucumbers into small peices roughly the same as the tomatoes. Mix them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt if desired. Can be mixed with other veggies or served on it's own.
