1 c whole wheat flour1/2 c oat flour1/2 c flax meal1/8 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1.5 tsp cinnamon1/8 c ground stevia leaf2 eggs2 tblspns light cream1/2 c canola oil or other oil1 tsp vanilla1 cup grated zucchini
mix all dry ingredients together
mix the remaining ingredients together
add mixtures together
place in 1 greased and floured bread pan
bake 45 -60min in 350 oven
