Ingredients
1 PC Blue Menu flax whole grain tortilla wrap1 scrambled egg1 scrambled egg white1 slice No Name light marble cheddar1 tbsp Salsa (I used Salsa Que Pasa)
Directions
Cook and scramble egg and egg white together. Slice and melt cheese on tortilla in microwave. Add eggs over cheese and top with salsa; wrap up and enjoy!

    I didn't LOVE it, but I could see it being conveniently quick for mornings.It tasted similar to a taco but with a weird texture due to the eggs. Very filling though. Very Filling. - 11/13/11
