Greek Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
100 (3.5 ounces) grams Red Onions1 large egg1 ounce feta cheese1 Garlic Herb Tortilla (Low Carb)
Directions
Chop 100 grams (3.5 ounces)of red onion finely and mix with 1 ounce of feta cheese. Set aside for the moment. Take your egg and scramble in non-stick pan or pan with spray of cooking spray. Once scrambled mix in with onion and feta mixture until feta has started to melt. Put mixture in tortilla and wrap up. Eat and enjoy. Makes one serving.
