Ingredients:*Campbells 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2.5 serving (remove)*campbells cream of shrimp soup, 2.5 cup (remove)*Chopped Green Onions, .5 cup (remove)*Cooked Medium Shrimp (Member's Mark), 16 oz (remove)*Chopped Green Chiles (canned), 4 tbsp (remove)*Pimentos, Red, 4 oz (remove)*Cream Cheese - Kraft Philadelphia Low Fat - 95% Fat-Free (1 Tbsp = 15 g), 240 gram (remove)*White Pepper, .125 tsp (remove)* flour tortillas small 6.5 la favorita, 10 serving (remove)*Borden Cheddar & Monterey Jack Finely Shredded Cheese (1/4 Cup = 1 Serving), 8 serving (remove) Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
1. Heat Butter in in sauce pan Saute onions util clear, add soups, shrimp, chiles, 1/2 of the pimentos, ceam cheese, and seasoning.Cook until shrimp is cooked and cheese is melted.
2. warm tortillas Fill with shrimp mixture Place seam side down, in shallow pam sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and remaining pimentos on top.
3. BaKE 30 MIN. AT 325 degree onion.
Serves 10 - one tortilla each.
