Chicken Salad with apple and lime

Ingredients
4 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast or buy a cooked chicken at the deli4 stalks celery diced3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish2 limes1 granny smith apple or you can use grapes8 tablespoon light mayosalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl shred chicken. Add diced celery, sweet pickle relish, and diced granny smith apple(or halved grapes). Zest the limes in the bowl, and then add the juice from the lime over the apples. Add mayo and salt and pepper to salad. Stir to combine. Personally with the flavor of the limes I don't miss the salt and pepper. Serve over a bed of lettuce, or stuffed into tomatoes or as sandwiches.
