1 tbsp canola oil1 tsp fresh ginger root (grated)2 cloves garlic (finely minced)1/4 of a portabella mushroom (or 1/4 cup of any mushroom) chopped1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)1/4 cup pinto beans1 tsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
Heat canola oil in skillet over medium low heat. Add garlic, ginger & mushrooms and stir for a minute just to heat through. Be careful not to burn the garlic, you're just heating these ingredients. Add rice & beans and mix well. Turn off the heat and add rosemary. Enjoy!
