Sour Cream Pancakes

1 cup fat free sour cream1/4 cup egg whites1/2 cup of whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup almond milk
Whisk eggs, sour cream, and almond milk until the mixture looks like cream. Sift flour and baking soda and add to sour cream and egg mixture. Mix well. Let sit five minutes. Ladle in 1/4 cup amounts onto pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cook pancakes on one side until puffed and dry around the edges. Flip the pancakes and brown the other side.
Makes 6 1/4 cup pancakes.
