Vegetable Cooking Spray6 Large Eggs, beaten1/4 Cup Flour1 Tsp Baking Powder1/8 Tsp Salt1/8 Tsp Pepper1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning1 Cup Skim Milk1 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese4 Oz (Tblsp) Light Cream Cheese, cubed1 Cup Cubed 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9x9 inch pan with vegetable cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Whisk in flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, seasoning, milk, and cottage cheese. Stir in cubed cheeses.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until puffed, golden and set.
