I REALLY like this recipe! I added garlic and Italian seasoning....yummy! Thank you! I thought my boyfriend wouldn't like kale chips, but he didn't take just one from the pan, he ate 5, then grabbed a few more. :) - 3/29/12

Fifteen minutes was a bit too long and many of the chips were too crispified to eat. There was enough to try and I thought they were delicious. First time I have tried Kale and I definitely will make these again (Just baked a shorter time). - 1/17/14

Much better than expected! It helped me discover a new vegetable to enjoy - and that's HARD for me (NOT a veggie fan)! - 11/14/12

So good! I expected to like them because I like kale, but did *not* expect the response from my husband, the non-vegetable eater - he loved them! - 2/6/13

I was really surprised! I like them and I can only handle about 5-10 crisps at a time... they hit the salty and cheesy spot! Great idea! Make sure they are crsipy... cooked all the way. Soggy is yucky. - 5/4/12

Hmm, didn't really move me. The texture is interesting, but the kale after taste didn't impress me. I think this has more to do with me needing to experiment more with kale than it does this particular recipe, though. - 4/4/13

I liked these. My 5 year old did not. I put powdered cheddar cheese on top of them before baking and that was good! - 10/12/12
