Black Bean Brown Rice Salad from the Eat Clean Diet

Ingredients
1 1/2 C Sweet Corn1 1/2 C Black Beans rinsed and drained2 med. Tomatoes chopped1 large bell pepper seeded and chopped1 med. Zuchinni chopped1/2 C chopped green onion3 garlice cloves mincedA pinch of red pepper flaked3 C cooked brown riceSea sald and black pepper to taste3/4 C fresh lemon juice (or the juice from 2 lemons plus enough water to make 3/4 C)2 TBSP olive oil1/4C-1/2 C Fresh clinatro chopped
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except for the lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk the olive oil and lemon juice together. Pour over mixed ingreients and toss lightly!
