1 KIlo Turkey cutlet, 250 f\gram broccoli. 1 c mayonnaise, 1Tbl onion soup mix 2 T lemon juice
Directions
Combine may onion soup and lemon juice. Spread a small amt on bottom of pan Roll up turkey with a piece of broccoli inside COver cutlets with remaining sauce Bake covered for 45 minutes at 180 C and unclovered for another 15
