Ingredients
4 eggscup onions chopped2 small tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Makes about 2 servings. Put eggs and all other chopped ingredients into a blender, blend for about 1 min. Put mixture in a frying pan and (scamble) for about 10 mins or when done to satisfaction. Put on plate, add sum parsley and WAALAAA!!!
