Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
102 Oz Tomato sauce3 small cans tomato paste1 C red wine4 T oregano2 tsp. basil1 tsp. onion salt1 tsp. pepper2 T dried parsleyPlace all ingredients in a crock potSaute: 1 large onion, diced 5-6 large cloves Garlic, mincedAdd to the pot! Brown the hamburger (or turkey) - I rinse the meat to remove as much fat as possible. Add to the pot and let it simmer at least 4 hours.30-60 minutes before serving add: Browned keilbasa - I use 2 pkgs. 1/2 tsp. baking sodaServe over whole wheat spaghetti! YUMMY!
