Cyndi's Tomato, Pepper & Chicken Penne

Ingredients
* *Dreamfields low carb penne rigate, 4.5 cup, cooked & drained * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove) * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove) * *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 1 can (remove) * *Diced Tomatoes Rotel green chilies .5 cup, 1.5 cup (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces, cooked & cut up * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
I usually use leftover chicken for this kind of thing. Slice peppers and saute in olive oil & garlic powder til slightly tender. Add tomatoes & rotel & simmer 10 minutes. Add chicken, cook til warm through, mix pasta in & serve. Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
