Veggie Chili

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 cup, chopped or sliced Kidney beans dark red 2 cansOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 clove mincedOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Green Peppers 1/2 cup, choppedChili powder, 2 tbspJalapeno Pepper, 1/2 pepper
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add spices and pepper and saute a little more. Add tomatoes, beans and green pepper.
Season to taste with cumin, more chili powder, bay leaf, cinnamon, whatever. A dash of worchestershire is good but would make it not vegan. Simmer for a bit, then serve.
