1 small pkg orange jello2 cans (11 oz each) mandarin oranges, drained1 16 oz container small curd cottage cheese1 16 oz container whipped cream
Directions
combine jello powder with cottage cheese
add whipped cream
add oranges
refrigerate 24 hours.

    Tasty! Refreshing on a hot day, but my kids didn't like it so much. I think it was the texture from the cottage cheese. They really like smooth things like ice cream, pudding, etc. - 7/24/10
