Strawberries, fresh, 1 pint Blueberries, fresh, *Benefiber, 15 tsp *Finest Natural Flax Seed Oil (1), 1 serving *Emergenc, 3 serving Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein -- Vanilla, 2 serving *Dannon Vanilla Yogurt, 6.6 oz Banana, fresh, 3.5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Directions
Blend ingredients into blender for 10 minutes. Ice optional. Serve cold. Makes about 10 8-oz glasses.
